Email

Dr. Artur Movsesyan is an associate research fellow at the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China. He is specialized in plasmonics and nanophotonics, with a focus on optical resonances in nanostructures and metasurfaces. His research explores optoelectronic, thermal, photochemical, and microfluidic phenomena induced by plasmonic nanostructures. He conducted fundamental research on intrinsic properties such as hot-carrier generation in plasmonic nanoparticles of complex shapes and metasurfaces, the hybridization and behavior of plasmonic modes. Additionally, he explored applied studies involving plasmonic nanoparticles in plasmon-enhanced photoluminescence, photocatalysis, optofluidic and sensing. So far, he is a first/corresponding author of 13 articles, and in overall 34 articles including such journals: Nature Photonics, Adv. Opt. Mat., JACS, Angewandte Chimie, Nano Letters, ACS Nano.

Welcome outstanding undergraduate, master's students with backgrounds in optical engineering to join.
